Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (1) breaches or violations of these Service Terms, (2) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (3) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (4) discontinuance or material modification to the Services (or any part thereof), (5) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (6) extended periods of inactivity, (7) fraudulent or illegal activities performed by or on behalf of you in connection with the Services or the website, (8) discontinuance of the Services as a whole, (9) a statement by you that you no longer agree to these Service Terms or the Terms of Use, or a statement by you otherwise requesting termination of your access to the Services, (10) completion of The Cope Well Foundation event or program in which you are participating, and/or any other reason reasonably considered by The Cope Well Foundation to be in its best interest. All terminations shall be made in The Cope Well Foundation’s sole discretion and that The Cope Well Foundation shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to your Survivorship Story, Picture, Your Property or any associated email, email address, information, or other content, or access to the Service. Upon termination, The Cope Well Foundation will have no further obligation or responsibility to you with respect to the Services terminated, and you will have no further obligation or responsibility to The Cope Well Foundation with respect to the Services terminated; provided, however, the foregoing statement does not apply to any liability, responsibility, or obligation of either party existing or arising prior to the effective date of termination.
